Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the ReadiePeasy mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

ReadiePeasy is a mobile application that provides:

Book Library: Access to public domain books from various sources (including Project Gutenberg) and the ability to upload your own books (PDF, EPUB)
Book Reading: Reading interface with bookmarks and highlights
Book Processing Services: Four main processing systems for entire books:
- Translate: Full-book translation to any language
- Adjust Level: Modify book difficulty level (A2, B1, B2, etc.)
- Find: Search for specific content (dates, idioms, quotes, etc.) and automatically highlight results
- Explain: Generate explanations for selected categories and automatically highlight with explanations
Readie AI Chatbot: Agentic AI assistant with automatic access to your entire book content in agent mode, or manual context addition in other modes
Shortcuts: User-triggered actions that send variable content (full pages, selected text, or custom inputs) to AI services
PDF to EPUB Conversion: Convert PDF files to EPUB format

Note: Cross-device synchronization is not currently available. Your reading progress and data are stored locally on each device.

User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account using Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Important: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel anytime from:

Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

Content and Intellectual Property

Public Domain Books: Books from public domain sources (including Project Gutenberg) are in the public domain and may be used freely. However, compilations and formatting by these sources may be subject to copyright.

User-Uploaded Content: You retain ownership of books you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a license to process, store, and display that content within the App. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process any content you provide.

App Content: All App features, design, and code are owned by ReadiePeasy and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Use the App for any illegal purpose
Upload copyrighted material without authorization
Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the App
Use automated systems to access the App
Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks
Share your account credentials with others

AI-Generated Content

Our translation and explanation features use AI technology. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of AI-generated translations and explanations.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to:

Maintenance and updates
Technical issues
Force majeure events

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, READIEPEASY AND ITS PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through the App's Profile settings.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, where the developer is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Turkey.
